Your order will normally ship within 3-5 business days. We ship via US Postal Service and many of our items weight over one pound, so they will ship Priority Mail. *The USPS is experiencing delays in shipping, so please be mindful of this when ordering. The time given for delivery may not be accurate.*
If you are purchasing a gift and delivery is time sensitive, please add a note to your order or contact us to find out if it is possible for your order to ship with enough time to arrive in time.
Returns & Replacements
If upon receiving your toys, you are not satisfied for any reason you may return them unused for a full refund. You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping but your original order will be refunded. We build heirloom quality toys that are often enjoyed by siblings and even passed down to the next generation. In the rare case that a toy is functionally defective, we are happy to repair or replace it at no charge. We may ask you for a photo of the toy or for you to return it to us (at no charge). Replacement rings for our ring stackers and fish for the fishing pole are available should they be lost along the way. Please email us for current prices on replacement rings or fish.
